We have many opportunities here at YWAM - Reef to Outback, to help you to serve or support us in ministry. We have outlined a few opportunities for you to get involved and be apart of what God is doing here in Australia.

Discipleship Training School

(DTS)

Take the first step into missions with our Discipleship Training School. It's a dynamic, intense and lots of fun. The DTS is a cornerstone for young people to know God and make Him known.

Short Term Volunteers

Why not join us for a few weeks or months and experience what it's like to serve in various aspects of our ministry? You would be living as part of the community and getting a taste for missions.

secondary schools

If you have a vision or a passion to see things change, additional excellent training opportunities exist in a range of disciplines. Each course or seminar will give you an understanding of God's heart for our communities and equip you with skills to make a difference.

staff

For those that have completed a Discipleship Training School and are looking to join Reef to Outback on staff, the Staff Leadership Internship is the entry point. During this year on staff, you'll continue to train while getting involved in missions in a practical way.
