The primary health care school is a 6-month school designed to find God's heart for the poor and needy in our nation as well as the underdeveloped nations. The objectives of the school focuses around 8 essential keys to health care, based out of Luke 10:25-37.

  • Mother and child health
  • Curative care
  • Essential medications
  • Food and nutrition
  • Water and sanitation
  • Health education
  • Community resources

Your learning will take you both in and out of the classroom, making your experience as hands on as possible.

You will learn about:
  • vital signs (measure and monitor)
  • basic anatomy and physiology
  • team dynamics
  • common diseases such as HIV/AIDS, tuberculosis, malaria, hepatitis
  • nutritional deficiencies like anaemia, vitamin A and iodine deficiencies
  • ears, eyes, nose and throat problems (diagnosis and treatment)
  • antenatal Care
